  • The programme is designed to be completed over 6 consecutive weeks, though you’ll have 6 months of access to revisit the materials.

  • During the course you’ll see short optional feedback forms after each week and a longer feedback form at the end. Your feedback is greatly appreciated and helps improve the programme for future participants.

  • As this is a beta version, some content, wording, or materials may be refined or updated during the development process.

  • The programme is for personal use only and may not be shared with others.

  • The course is fully self-guided and does not include 1-to-1 sessions. These may be booked separately if desired.
